Join the Greater Baltimore Committee (GBC) as we convene the business community for the Baltimore Women & Allies Board (BWAB). This initiative brings together leaders committed to empowering women and allies to thrive professionally while advancing Baltimore as a national model for workplace opportunity and innovation.
BWAB serves as a platform to elevate best practices, strengthen cross-sector collaboration, and advance strategies that support inclusive leadership, talent development, and equitable workplace advancement.
During this session, we will continue building on initial momentum, share updates on priority areas, and engage participants in ongoing efforts to drive meaningful impact across the region.
Participation Note:
Participation in BWAB is limited to GBC partner organizations. If you are interested in learning more about becoming a GBC partner, please contact us at partner@gbc.org.
