As a follow-up to the unveiling of the Regional Economic Scorecard at the 2026 State of the Region, the Greater Baltimore Committee is pleased to invite our partners and the broader community to a virtual briefing on the key insights shaping the Baltimore Region’s economy.
Originally launched in 2024 to provide a clearer view of investment and growth across the region, the Scorecard offers a data-driven perspective on the trends influencing Baltimore’s economic trajectory. Following its introduction to regional leaders and investors, we are excited to now share these findings more broadly with GBC partners and interested stakeholders.
During this virtual session, we will explore:
- Capital flows across the Baltimore Region, including real estate, private equity, and venture activity
- Sector momentum – where growth is accelerating and which industries are leading
- Foreign direct investment and interstate capital trends shaping the regional economy
- Public company data and firm location patterns, including attraction and retention dynamics
- What the data signals about where the market is heading and where we should focus next
We look forward to continuing the conversation around the region’s economic future and sharing these insights with the wider Baltimore community.
This briefing will be held virtually.
