In today’s rapidly changing world, psychological safety is essential to building trust, fostering innovation, and helping individuals and organizations thrive. The GBC’s Baltimore Women and Allies Board (BWAB), in partnership with Towson University, will bring together business leaders, emerging leaders, and college students for a dynamic conversation moderated by Patrice Sanders of FOX45, a Towson University graduate. The discussion will explore how psychological safety strengthens leadership, workplace culture, and our ability to learn, lead, and adapt in an uncertain world. Participants will gain practical insights into building trust, navigating change, and creating environments where people feel empowered to speak up, contribute, challenge ideas, and grow.
