Baltimore is advancing a comprehensive, data-informed approach to public safety—and regional leaders have a critical role to play.

The Greater Baltimore Committee invites Public Safety Committee members and partners to a focused briefing on Baltimore City’s new Five-Year Comprehensive Violence Prevention Plan and the enhanced Public Safety Accountability Dashboard. This session is designed for business, civic, and nonprofit leaders who want to understand the strategy, see the data, and identify meaningful avenues for engagement.

Leaders from MONSE will:

  • Provide an overview of the Five-Year Comprehensive Violence Prevention Plan and its key priorities.
  • Walk through the updated Public Safety Accountability Dashboard and the new insights it offers into public safety outcomes.
  • Share how community engagement is shaping implementation and where regional partners can plug in.

With structured time for discussion and Q&A, attendees will be able to explore how this strategy intersects with business operations, workforce and talent, neighborhood stability, and broader regional competitiveness.

By attending, you will:

  • Gain a clear, practical understanding of Baltimore’s public safety strategy over the next five years.
  • Learn how data and accountability tools are being used to track progress and inform decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for your organization to support violence prevention and community safety efforts.
  • Connect with peers who are committed to building a safer, more resilient Greater Baltimore.
